Hi, I have set several new years goals around fitness and weight loss. This group seems like a great place to meet like minded people that are into their health!
My overall health goals for 2012 are to lose 30 lbs. I plan to do this through a combination of increased fitness and a 90 day nutritional challenge. This group fits into my plan for increased fitness!
