I'm a very healthy, youthful 60 year old man who has needed no medications for any condition for at least 41 years due to a very high nutrient diet. I'm an actor/singer/magicia
n/clown/hypnotist (not all at the same time).
Larger muscles, less fat. I should lose 10 pounds of fat and I've worked out months or several years at a time and I don't pack on much bulk. I once got stronger calves than any of the massive muscular guys at the gym, yet never developed much size or strengh in my upper body, but not for lack of trying. I used to do Super Squats. Fifteen years ago for about a year I did singles at 70, 80 and 90% of my maximum strength. I did those three singles resting in between with squats, deadlift and bench. Currently I get off the subway at 63rd or 53rd and Lex and take the stairs 2 at a time and then walk to Columbus Circle. I climb stairs VERY frequently during the afternoons and evenings and I take them 2 or 3 at a time as fast as I can. I do arm exercises when I'm carrying grocery bags home approximately every other day. I've just recently installed a 100 pushups app on my phone and have completed the second day of training MWF.
Yes. Five years ago I did Super Slow for a couple of years. I made tremendous progress on the leg press.

Just getting the results I deserve in exchange for all the effort I've given it throughout my life. I'm a very hard worker.
I'll bet you know my answer for this one.
