Lose about 20 lbs. and currently I'm trying to join free workout programs via meetups and also wish to go to the gym again.
5 only because I have muscle memory from my athletic days but I am still very out of shape.
Consistency and effective workouts. I also need to have better eating habits.
I'm a 29 year old transplant from long island and looking for group-structured workout groups to lose some unwanted weight and get back to being fit.
