What are your health and fitness goals and do you currently have an exercise program?

No program beyond an active lifestyle that includes scuba diving, caving, kayaking and flying trapeze.

Have you ever worked with a personal trainer before?

Once for a few months and it was highly rewarding.

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being excellent, how do you rate your overall fitness level.

What do you think is your biggest challenge when it comes to getting in shape?

Increasing cardiovascular fitness.
