Port Solent is a stunning modern marina offering a lively and vibrant waterside experience. On The Boardwalk there’s a variety of restaurants and pubs to tempt you around the world – from English fare to Italian comfort food, hot and spicy Mexican, to the mouth-watering tastes of the orient. For more casual dining there’s a 1950s style American diner to enjoy, a Pizza Express and several cafés. For details and reservations numbers visit
If you like to shop you’ll love the eclectic mix of shops on The Boardwalk. Here you will find jewellery and contemporary art, ski and outdoor clothing, fashion footwear, books and the UK’s biggest chandlery. Shopping aside, there’s a multiplex cinema to enjoy, a David Lloyd Health and Fitness Club and seasonal markets.
If you prefer the outdoor life, there are also walks on the open land to the south of the marina, or just a short distance away at Portchester there’s Portchester Castle, a medieval castle built within the walls of a 3rd century Roman fort.
