What is your current running experience?


What do you hope to receive from the 121 Fitness Running Club?

Start to run,not sure if there is a right or wrong way to start. I have lost weight,would like to lose the rest of the weight. Learn different techniques on how to work out properly and keep the weight off. I do workout using Shawn T's workout and Tony Hornton's 10 minute workout,I also ride my bike.


I am Aletra,I am 41 years old,I work out,I read,love art , listen to all kinds of music,and love to cook healthy meals. I have two girls, they are 18 and 20 and one beautiful grand-daughter that is 5yrs old. And like to seach the web.
