On my mind.... Unless you're a twitspammer, we need to figure out how we handle the signal-to-noise problem. It's bad and getting worse. What tools or approaches will emerge to more effectively find signal? And to make make sure our messages get through, and to the right people. Are hashtags on the way out? Is there a robust, helpful search emerging? How will relative value be assigned to tweets. Will major search engines begin "unpacking" shortened URLs and apply organic SEO algos to tweets?

I'm sorry I won't be able to attend after all. I'm not feeling well and don't want to make you all sick for the holidays. In any case, I'll help spread the word to some great people about the next one. Have fun tonight!

The social aspect of the 140Conf is quite unique. I had the opportunity to meet with so many interesting people. Loved the story about how @theroxy used social media to create coopetition for the betterment of the Sunset Strip. For those that I missed lets connect on twitter @davidbaeza. Thanks @jeffpulver for a great event.

A great environment, friendly atmosphere. very nice presentations. On top of everything else made some new friends and saw a few others that previously had a cyber connection with. Overall I am really happy that I was there, and looking forward to the next one. Also the meet-up location (Yahoo HQ) was very nice, easily accessible, and accommodating. It was also great that you were able to make the event free. Thank you to all the people that came and the amazing people that made this happen :)

I loved this group of people! I really tried to network and meet as many new people as possible, but there were a lot of people there. If for some reason we didn't get a chance to chat PLEASE connect with me on Twitter so I can follow you and get to know you better! (@staceysoleil) Such a great time...thanks again Jeff(s) Pulver & Greenspan #spandex

It's fun to hear the real-life stories live! I loved the "co-petition" story as something which could be replicated in similar places anywhere.

the original seating arrangement was like an airport lounge -- not recommended and not prone for good conversations. The very loud bar at the post-event worked for an odd reason -- the bartenders made us sit at tables to order! So we plunked into groupings and glommed together over alcohol. Speakers were good in the early evening and the theme ended up being a lot of great conversations about philanthropy on Twitter.

Got to see a few friends from #140conf at Kodak. Most of the presentations were great. Really liked the what's new at Yahoo, but it seems like an after thought. Would have liked to see more of that. For drawings use Twitter feed.

This was a great event. I thought that the guest speakers were very informative, and I truly felt like I was part of the community.

There's just something about Twitter Folk that allows such Transparancy from all who share their story. I missed the main #140 conf yet I feel I got the essence of it by attending the MeetUp. If the oppty presents itself in your town...ATTEND. Otherwise you will miss out on meeting, Smart, Kind and Generous people who share that common denominator of the Twitter experience. Thanks @jeffpulver for creating this Event! Oh, and Thanks to Yahoo! too for hosting!

It is great to see and feel so much love in a room of pepople you just met. Let me know for the next conf. Ted Rubinstein @lahifi

Too many speakers, should give fewer speakers a little more time to develop and get their point accross. Very well run event, well organized with great people! Make it Work was fantastic!
