Greetings... My girl and I are looking forward to the beach party tomorrow. I was just wondering how you are doing the food. I'd like to be well prepared. It only says to bring a covered dish; are you having people sign up to bring certain things (meat, side, drinks, chips, paper, dessert, etc.? Are we bringing a lunch and sharing dinner? I've never been to one of these and just don't want to come without something I might need.

On June 21st I leave Silver Spring MD @ 3 a.m. to get to vet in Philly for my dogs, we have surgery! If I am still awake at 8pm and all has gone well at the Vet's then I should like to attend your reading event. Must ask however,are you all 'sold' out at this time?
