Thunder of Gigantic Serpent

Though not from the 1950s or 1960s, concoctions from the 1970s and 1980s can be fun as well. So if anybody is up for another silly night of alcohol, conversation and seeing goofy things on the screen, my next Tokusatsu Theater (FilmBar; 9/20) features at least two amusing productions from Asia....

1. Japanese SPIDERMAN (Toei; 1978) - "Spiderman" comes from space! English subtitles.

2. THUNDER OF GIGANTIC SERPENT (Godfrey Ho; 1988) - The special effects and script imitate the Japanese classics of the 1960s. It's an unintentional comedy (from Hong Kong) that's best viewed after a couple beers! It makes "Gamera" look like a high-brow masterpiece! English dubbed.

The Filmbar's website says this event cost $7 and is for ages "21 and over." Is that right?
