Travels of a Bird Bum

Andy Bankert has been a birder since age five (and now in his 20's, he's one of the country's top young birders). Before settling down into a career, he spent a few years traveling the country. His journey took him to unique and exciting locations such as the green forests of the Appalachians, the dry and desolate southwestern deserts, and the ice covered shores of the Arctic Ocean. At tonight's Orange Audubon Society program, Andy will share some of his most exciting birding and nature stories from his travels from his multi-year adventure.

Orange Audubon Society programs are free and no reservations are necessary.

Wonderful program. Andy Bankert is an amazing young birder with a life list of over 700 birds. His adventures showing his discovery of new territories and birds was a delight!
