We will be offering..A Free Monthly Model/Portrait Shoot with Professional Models at great locations around the bay. Weekly meetups around the Greater Tampa Bay area, Interactions with our partner meetup groups NPPF (North Pinellas Photography Form) and TPF (Tampa Photography Forum) A GREAT place for photographers & Photoshop Enthusiasts!! The monthly evening meeting, and weekly morning coffie meetups are free and we discuss various photographic and studio related equipment and techniques. As well as Model, MUA, Hairstylists, Fashion Designers and everyone else in the "Modeling and Photography Industry" has a place here!! Show your images, ports, ect. Even a little show and tell happens time to time. What were doing now, And What's in store for MPF... • Free Monthly Strobist Photowalks • Weekly PhotoWalks • Free Monthly Model/Portrait Workshop with Professional Models • Guest Speakers • Photography Exhibits • Formal classes taught by "real" teachers for Photographers, Models, MUA's ect • Weekly morning Meetups over coffee for camera help & photo critiques, • Informative Discussion Forum • Members only Discounts •Great Times with friends New and Old The studio is provided by Ross Krison Photography (RKP Clearwater) and offers discounted rental on studio space for members. Instructors Ross Krison and Jeff Donald lead the workshops, with guest teachers and speakers that specialize in there fields!! We feel there is still value in the "Quality" of our workshops, the support after the class and the Understanding of not just "How to take a picture" but How and why to "Create an Image" therefore Some the workshops are fee based and varies with the nature, length and complexity of the workshop. Comments and suggestions are always Wecome and encouraged!! Please take note that MPF is a Forum for "Group activities" for Active members... Saying "I am going to "???.." Where is a good place to shoot?" is fine. Asking for advice, and getting responses for all to see and learn from, Even Better thats what the Message board and Discussion Forum is for!! Having a Gallery showing and want to invite the group so all can see and learn, Great! contact me, and I will announce and promote it for you! Please refrain from sending out "Vote for me's", "side private workshops", private shoots, ect. and Promoting "Other web sites", Without the knowledge of the Organizers! If you have an idea for a get together or workshop, a shoot ect., let me know so all can benefit from the activity! I can not come up with every idea myself.. (I'm just not that smart..)
