Our group description is below, but this week we are starting a very exciting series where we will look at some hard questions about God and the Bible. We're hoping to find some good answers as we think through questions like, "Why would a good God allow such bad things to happen in the world?". We'll also be touching on Science vs. God- do you have to choose only one? The rest of the series will cover some of the bold claims of the Bible that Jesus is the only way to heaven, the God in the Old Testament vs God in the New Testament, and other questions on hell and faith. We meet every Tuesday so check out the individual Meetup for more detail on the night's topic.
Please come join us as we delve into real issues and real topics relevant to all of us today. Thanks!
We're a group of young adults and families attempting to rebel against our culture's resignation to relational and spiritual withdrawal during the career and parenting years. Join us for a break that network television can't provide. Bring the kids.
While the kids are being watched by other parents, we read and discuss a passage from the Bible, trying to understand what the passage is saying and how it applies to our lives. All truth-seekers are welcome- Christian, agnostic, atheist, whatever. Our vision is that different perspectives will help us understand the truth better, together.
Stay late for the community. It's scary how insulated we can become as young adults in this culture, choked-off from friendship. Our goal is to get past the fake smiles and pleasantries and build solid authentic relationships together, both after the study and throughout the week.
If this vision is appealing to you, we'd love you to visit.
