I've been there many times. It's a short hike in. Less then a half mile. We are going to top rope. Rick and I both have 60m ropes. I don't mind the cooler weather but I like when the ground is dry. When the ground is damp I have to take my shoes off after every climb. I like to just leave them on for the day.

just a suggestion but cool is good. heavy jeans and slightly cool weather are good for real rocks. To hot and hands get sweaty climbing will keep you warm and jean and sweatshirt are good abrasion barriers against real rocks. Oh have you seen climbing area? How tall? Are we doing top rope pulley belay with anchors top and bottom?(gym setup) If so I'd figure at least 150 ft of rope for every 50ft rise. Is it a hike gear in kind of spot or drive and short walk in?

I'm going to put this even on hold until the weather warms up. I thought it was going to stay nice out. I'm going to move it out a few weeks.
