Urban Fun League: Let's Play Assassin!

In the game of Assassin, the goal is to eliminate all the other players. You are assigned a target, and once you eliminate him/her, you go after that person’s target. The game continues until there is only one player remaining.

Complete rules will be explained at this meetup. Please mark the following two Mondays (July 1 and 8) on your calendar, as we will meet to discuss how the game is going.

Note: As this game is continuous, you will need to make time outside of this meetup to eliminate your target.

The cost to participate is $5, and the winner will receive a cash prize.

I have an audition in NoPo at the same time today, would it still be possible to join up and learn the rules without making tonight's meetup?

Possibly. Email me later tonight, and I'll let you know if it makes sense for you to join.

Could you please send me an e-mail? Meetup won't let me contact you through the site.

Dang, can't go after all. If it is possible to attend next week w/o having been there tonight, let me know!

I am going to have to pass on this go round. I will be out of state for a good portion of the next two weeks. I will definitely play on the next game.

So this is like a badass version of hide and go seek tag?

Yes, that's exactly what it's like.

Sweet. I look forward to hearing more about how the game is played. And also trying to insert the cheesy Highlander line, "There can be only one..." into conversation with a straight face at some point. :D

Sounds fun. Can't wait for my leg to heal so I can start doing these.
