SuperHero Street Fair

So there's a day...where people apparently dress up like Super Heros and do shit in SF. We should dress up and do that. It costs $10 in costume. If it sucks then we should get drunk--also in costume. I don't see how this plan can fail.

The Street Fair ends at midnight for NORMAL people, but I assume if we break away then we'll be out later than that.

San Francisco is home to many visual artists, music performers and community activists. These people call Bayview and the Bay Area home, either working or living here. We wish to provide a platform to showcase the achievements of these people, and enjoy a day of celebration and community.

There are art exhibits, live theatre and poetry, live and electronic music, food, and an awards ceremony recognizing specific individuals and organizations for their contribution. Ceremonies include the Mayoral proclamation of “SuperHero Day” in San Francisco.

Disappointed that I won't be able to make it to the city for this. :-(
