We're a small group of moms with first-born children in early 09.  We enjoy watching our little ones play, share and grow together through playdates, picnics, trips to local attractions, etc.  And we enjoy the occasional Moms' Night Out.  The majority of us are SAHMs, so most events are during the workday.  Many of us became moms in their 30s, so I guess you could call us a little mature, for lack of a better word.

We usually have at least one meetup a week in Scottsdale or Phoenix, near where most of us live.  Since we hope to keep the group going strong, we ask that members plan on attending one meetup per month.  Additionally, members are encouraged to host events, whether or not they are at your home.  Anyone with an interest is welcome to become an Assistant Organizer, just ask.

PLEASE NOTE:  while we would like to accommodate everyone, our members have chosen to keep our group small.  Therefore, we are not accepting new members. 

RSVP POLICY

•    The Organizers and Hosting Members put a lot of thought, effort, and sometimes money into planning the events for our playgroup, so your RSVP (and updated RSVP's when your plans change) makes a big difference in the planning phase of our meet-ups. Please RSVP whether you are planning on attending an event or not.

•    Keeping your RSVP's updated is also a respectful gesture to those who are taking the time to plan and host events. It's really rough to plan an event for 10 and have 9 drop out the day of, so please keep those RSVPs updated! If it is less than 2 hours before an event, please call the host and let them know. If you are going to be late, please call the host to let them know.
