Reunion Pre-registration is required at: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/5HGCCWC. Pre-registration is necessary so that we receive your contact information, class year, and years at FIS. Meetup.com does not provide that information to us for security reasons.

 
RSVP & Payment Deadlines:
April 15: Final RSVP & Payment Deadline for the Hot Air Balloon Ride or Chase. You may still RSVP after this date; however, due to the large number of attendees, we can not ensure space availability or the group discount rate. We will notify you within 5 days if we are not able to accommodate you.

April 30: Final RSVP & Payment Deadline for the Sunset Cruise. You may still RSVP after this date however due to the large number of attendees, we can not ensure space availability or the group discount rate. We will notify you within 5 days if we are not able to accommodate you.

May 15: Final RSVP & Payment Deadline for the Meritage Hotel, Meritage Cooking Demonstration and the Meritage Wine Cave Reunion Party. You may still RSVP after this date however due to the large number of attendees, we can not ensure space availability or the group discount rate. We will notify you within 5 days if we are not able to accommodate you.

June 24: Final RSVP & Payment Deadline for the SF Hotels (2), Deluxe Coach transfers (2), and the dinner options (2) - Siena Restaurant or Deb's BYO Picnic. You may still RSVP after this date however due to the large number of attendees, we can not ensure space availability or the group discount rate. We will notify you within 5 days if we are not able to accommodate you.

This reunion is a private party supported by FIS, but not sponsored by FIS. Our intentions are to hopefully include all who have attended FIS within an "era" of the 1970's and early 1980's. Should we need to cap the attendee list because we cannot handle a larger crowd due to space constraints, or we cannot accommodate late RSVP's, or if in any way we feel it is in our best interest to refuse attendance, we may be forced to regretfully decline attendance. We will do everything within our power to not allow this to happen.
