Let's go hiking to William B. Umstead State Park in Raleigh. We'll hike between 8 and 10 miles or about 3 to 4 hours depending on the speed of the participants. We'll hike the Company Mill trail, Sycamore Trail and the Loblolly trail. We can meet at the parking lot on the entrance that's off of Harrison Ave. exit 287 on I40.
Dress appropriately for the weather, wear sturdy shoes, bring enough fluid to drink and a snack.
