St Pattys Day Dinner

Since I got the date of the parade wrong, we decided to move the event's location to our apartment for a St. Patty's day themed dinner and hang-out. I'm going to make an Irish Stew and Stout Cupcakes. Other things we need: bread, salad, drinks, etc.
Our apartment is a little tricky to get to. Since daylight savings time has started again it might be easier to see the building numbers in the daylight!
Traveling from South, East, or North:
- Take I-84W to Exit 18 toward West Main Street/Highland Avenue - Keep to the left at the fork and continue straight through the light - In 1.1 miles turn LEFT onto Newfield Avenue - Continue below... Traveling from West: - Take I-84E to Exit 17 toward Watertown - Turn LEFT onto CT-63N/Straits Turnpike - In 1.5 miles turn RIGHT onto Park Rd. - In 0.6 miles turn RIGHT onto Newfield Avenue - Take the first right into the Middlebury Crossing neighborhood - Continue below... Once you are in the neighborhood, go to the top of the hill (I use the term loosely) and take a right to go up the small incline. There are two buildings to your right, we are the last apartment in that second building (nearest to the power lines). Building number 75, apartment number 71. Hey Kate- what time is the parade? I want to be there in time but I might have to go to NYC first. Do you think you guys will be in new haven for a while?

Katie- The parade starts at 1:30pm. We're planning on eating dinner in New Haven or the surrounding area. Robert - have a great time at the wedding!

So, it looks like I got the date wrong for the parade. Apparently it's this Sunday not next Saturday. Not sure where I got my info but whatever. Since the parade won't change dates to fit our schedule, looks like we'll have to change ours. How does everyone feel about coming to our apartment for some st Pattys

Hey Kate- happy Friday!! I wanted to see if we could bring dessert tomorrow. I found a recipe for Irish brownies and they sound really good. I can bring salad or something else too. And we'll bring wine or beer. Let me know. Thanks :)

Dessert and beer it is! My appointment will be interesting. I completely forgot the st. Patty's day parade in midtown which is exactly where I'm going!!! See you tomorrow night.
