Pedal Pub!

This location is shown only to members

Let's go for a ride on the beer bike! We get to drink beer while we pedal around town.

www.pedalpub.com
The PedalPub is a party on wheels!
Pedal-powered by three to sixteen people,
its maximum speed is five miles per hour -
just the right speed for sharing good times
with friends as you tour scenic routes.

On the bike, there are 10 pedaling seats. In order to pedal, you must be 5' 3" or taller, and weigh less than 300 pounds. If you do not meet these requirements, there are 5 extra spaces on the bike to just ride. Please let me know if you aren't able or don't want to pedal, as there are only 4 rider seats (I will be using one of them since I'm only 5' 1/2").

The tour will go around the downtown Minneapolis/Stone Arch area.

Does anyone want a keg? I can get one if people are interested. It would be about $5-7, depending on how many people wanted in. Each person would get between 1/2 - 3/4 gallons of beer. Is that enough per person? They have larger sizes.

For those of you who haven't done the PedalPub before, you have to bring on your own alcohol. No glass bottles, and only beer or wine.

I saw yes for a keg but would definitely prefer something like summit. I also wouldn't mind the Honey Weiss.

I went to Surdyk's and talked to them in person, and their website is wrong - we CAN get SUMMIT! I'll get a Summit EPA, which will be about $7-8 per person. I'll bring cups. Here's who I have so far: Jen, Jessica, Craig, Melissa, Danielle, Brendon, Charlie, Mainak, and Briana. Anyone else?

Ordered it yesterday, so we're all set! Summit EPA. The question is - should I pick it up before, or do you want to pedal over and pick it up? That would mean having to pedal 0.9 miles without beer! :) If no one else wants in for the keg, it will be $9/person.

Sounds good! I'll text/call you and let you know where we're at around 4:00. I'm guessing we'll probably be at either Kieran's or Brit's.
Now it's only $8/person for the keg! :)

Hi Jessica - I'm interested in pitching in for the keg too, if possible. Would that be ok? Just let me know.

Pick it up beforehand. 0.9 miles without beer is unacceptable :)
