Whether you're new to the D.C. area or a native, if you are interested in discovering local indie artists/bands in the city and want to meet an amazing group of people, then you belong here.

We'll be catching shows at some of the staple local venues like Black Cat, 9:30 Club, IOTA, U St. Music Hall, Rock and Roll Hotel, DC9-among others. This group has a very active calendar of events, and we typically meet almost every week.

While our purpose is to, well, meet up-this group is to also support local musicians in the DMV area and to help garner buzz about these talented artists.

Meetups aren't strictly related to seeing artists that reflect one genre, as we'll be seeing a variety of shows that will suit anyone's musical tastes.
