About Renessa Rios:

For many of us it is impossible to be successful in fitness by doing it all alone. I know I have struggled with my weight since I was eight years old.

Statistics say you have a 95% success of following a plan and accomplishing your goals if you have a partner to support you and keep you accountable.

Well most of us are the opposite of that statistics we are 95% failing weekly in our ability to stay consistent with our workouts and meal planning. The only 5% success we have is that we have thoughts of changing but need the support to keep us consistent.

Since I have worked with over 3000 singles in my 10+ years of my career, I know how hard it can be to reach out to strangers for support. So I am being the stranger and reaching out to you.

This group is designed specifically for you and we will meeting three-five times per week to work out and support each other's goals. You will have workout sessions with support, encouragement and most of all accountability to lose 1-10 pounds and gain more energy, confidence and creating the process of healthy living daily.

You have to want to live healthier and want the opportunity to see results by helping encourage others around you that are going through the exact same feelings as you. We are here for you and here for each other.

Fitness Forward Studio

Fitness Forward Studio is a boutique private fitness training studio located in the heart of downtown Bellevue.  We offer private, semi-private and group training workouts as well as Metabolic Efficiency Testing, Fat Loss Challenges and Coaching.  We also offer Nutrition consulting, Massage treatment and Acupuncture.

Our signature workout “Fitness Forward Interval Training”  (FFIT) is a 45 minute total body efficient all-in one workout (limited to 16 people).  We all need yoga, Pilates, strength training, high intensity metabolic intervals, core strength and flexibility but we don’t always have the time.  Fitness Forward Studio offers group training workouts that include a little of everything but also specific focus workouts.  All of our group training workouts are instructed by an experienced personal trainer who is going to ensure your safety by offering variations, modifications and alternative movements to help you be challenged and get results.
