What's the best way to get from the U district to the event without driving? Pick me up?

Holy shit, I'd love to come but the roads are like solid red all the way downtown from Lake city. Bummer, really wanted to come but I can't justify spending an hour in my car

What is the best place to get a cheap and cool costume in Seattle? Sorry for this stupid question but it's my first Halloween in the States...

Don't know how cool they are, but thrift shops like Value Village sell new costumes at more affordable prices. They been advertising a lot claiming to sell unique costumes at least.
