It is nothing personal against Amy, but I was hoping for someone who was more confident and commanding in a public audience, to really inspire me to want to follow his/her coaching/teaching. As someone always looking for change and growth, maybe I've been spoiled by the self-improvement gurus, such as Tony Robbins and the like. Also, it felt like it was a little marketing-heavy in mentioning her book a lot during the seminar. I think a great public presentation will make the books/materials sell themselves!

I did like the emphasis on life balance, which is something we should all strive for.
