This group is based on Debbie Ford's book, "The 21 day consciousness cleanse". We will be following the book and working as a group to support each other in "cleaning" out our lives, with focus on both our inner and outer worlds. The result will be more access to our inner power, strength and THE ability to create all that we desire in 2012! This group is lead by Diane Altomare who is a powerful Spiritual coach and through her coaching has helped many people to follow their heart, re-ignite their soul's purpose and live their dreams. She was trained as a Certified Coach directly by Debbie Ford and the Ford Institute of Integrative Coaching.
