This routine combines motivating music with athletic kickboxing moves that will awaken your inner athlete and help you burn up to 9x more fat and calories than with traditional cardio. This workout will be DVD led and is approximately 45 minutes in length. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and set up. Feel free to bring a towel, some water, and your Workout Buddies. We hope to see you on Monday. It's time to turn up the heat!
