What is a Weight Loss Challenge?
A Weight Loss Challenge is a 21 day Program for anyone that is a minimum of 10lbs over weight
We have 10 spots open to anyone that has a minimum of 10lbs to lose
What Does the Weight Loss Challenge Include?
* The weight loss challenge will be 5 1/2 hour workouts a week ( 3 weeks)
* Each week we will devote a half hour session on nutrition and weight loss
* Each participant will receive a complete body analysis
* Before and After Pics
* access to our online workouts
* access to our online menu plans designed for you based on your
* calorie needs to lose weight
* Weekly weigh ins to measure progress

The 21 day Weight Loss Challenge will be held at our
Indoor Training Center on 104th & 152 Street Surrey
The Workout sessions and nutrition sessions
will be at 5:30am Monday - Friday

Participants must be able to commit to the
