Every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m. Sensei Billey Golden will be helping folks attain balance, flexibility, strength and calmness of mind. Tai Chi has been used for centuries to attain inner peace and strength. This experienced teacher brings the best out in every student, no matter what physical condition you are in!

    Is Tai Chai possible for someone who had a laminectomy and residual chronic pain? Would it help with the pain severity of normal everyday
    activities? Could someone who knows please let me know? The tai Chi is something I would like to do.

      The instructor is certified by the Arthritis foundation and can modify movements to suit the individual. You should certainly try the class and see how it works for you!

    Good morning! I just found your group and I am so excited. I see only one person has signed up for this class and I want to know if you are still holding it. I live an hour away, but will join and come if your still having it.....that will make 2!
