This is going to be fun AND cathartic!!!! A trained mental health professional will be on sight to make sure no one continues on a crime spree :)

Can we bring our own dishes too if we want? It's not that I am THAT angry but it would be a fun way to get rid of some unwanted dishes as well as some pent-up frustration :) And Chris, thanks for the mental health support.

Who is going to stop the trained mental health professional from continuing on a crime spree? Not that it might happen.....

One coffee cup saucer = one particularly bad phone call to an answering service in India. Except that it isn't illegal to shatter the saucer into a million pieces by smashing it into a wall... Channeling is awesome! Can't wait till Saturday.

This was so much fun, and it felt so good! We all smashed our Inner Critics, our impatience, and our doubts. We broke mean thoughts and actions into smithereens! We symbolically hurled our angry at deserving people and situations. It was cathartic, satisfying and we had a great time :)

An awesome afternoon spent with supportive ladies. What could be better than getting to spend time with new friends and release frustrations while helping to Empower other women? I'm grateful to Chris and Toni for putting this event together and look forward to breaking china again next time.
