Thank you for your greeting, Toni. I had many opportunities to watch Taiko, Japanese drumming performances when I lived in Los Angeles and Japan. I loved the powerful energy that this kind of art/sports exude. Then I had an urge to learn Taiko drumming myself when I was in L.A. It's very empowering for the spirit and soul. I'm sure martial arts do the same for women! Is this mainly a martial arts group?

Thank you, Toni! I won't be able to make one for a bit, unfortunately--I'm moving back to the area after four years away for a variety of reasons, and surgery may be on the agenda, but I'm looking forward to getting out and about as I can!
