    This will be my first time, how good of shape do I need to be in to do this? Also what should I bring? Ty!

      Bring a yoga mat and some water. A towel might also be a good idea.

      It doesn't matter what kind of shape you are in. Most of the workout can be modified, so if you are just getting back into being athletic you can start where ever you need to.
