There are many Fitness and Exercise Groups out there, so what makes this one different ?

Our Trainers are just like you ! We have faced physical challenges and found ways to overcome them using a focused approach based on Exercise, and the often neglected component called Nutrition !

My background is not as a Life Long Fitness Freak, but as a regular guy. I've been skiing most of my life and have been a ski racer for much of that time. The problem was that I was always middle of the road, and can remember countless times just after a competition saying "I wish I had more stamina" or " If only I was stronger" .

A few years ago I said to myself, "Its Now or Never" what am I waiting for !

When I set my goal of getting in the best shape of my life, I joined a local gym and started working out like a maniac ! I thought, if I can just sweat more, lift heavier weights, stay in the gym longer, I would get Fit.

I thought I was eating right, but still clung to some bad eating habits. I was drinking Carrot Juice, eating at the Salad Bar a few times a week, was even taking vitamins thinking I had my bases covered. Well, after 3 plus years of this routine, yes I had made some progress, but still had a long way to go.

It wasn't until I really understood how the proper balance of Nutrition and Exercise are interdependent, that I started to see a huge Change for the better ! I grew stronger, lost weight without trying, and started winning more races. My body transformed and I truly am in the best shape of my life.

We started this group just over 2 years ago with the purpose of having Tough Boot Camps, with a little Nutritional Training thrown in for good measure. Experience has shown us however, that what most of our members are asking for a better understanding of how nutrition ties in to their goals. 

Our Mission is to Help you Achieve your Goals ! If I can do it, I know you can do it too !

My partners share similar stories, but again, let me emphasize, we have been in your shoes. We know its not easy and takes commitment. 

Its not complicated, but for you to get results, you must take the first step and  participate.
