A social group to share tips and strategies for improving your training in any phase of a triathlon. You show, you go- we are getting together to encourage each other. Weekends or anytime rides, runs and swims in and around Marin for conditioning for any part of a triathlon or just enjoyment. All levels welcome. You can come along for any piece that captures your interest- a ride to West Marin, a open water swim, a run in the hills. You may want to ride once a week and swim once a month. It is all good. You don't have to be a triathlete to come along. You maybe a great bike rider and only want to encourage others. Then come for a ride. Same for a good swimmer or runner. The idea is a group for positive encouragement. If you are an absolute beginner, come along on a starting ride to get you going. The idea is to support each other to become the best athlete we can be.
