The purpose of this club is for late 20's and 30-something residents of Capitol Hill to read a common book and occassionally meet for a good time over coffee, tea or a beer.

The readings will have a progressive or explorative slant (both Non-Fiction and Fiction) ...think Jonathan Franzen's Freedom,  A Brief History of Time by Stephen Hawking, Chris Hedges' The Empire of Illusion or Kurt Vonnegut's Cat's Cradle.  Of course, we will decide as a group. 

We will meet at local Capitol Hill and H Street venues such as Sidamo Coffee, Jacob's Coffee House, Toyland, Tunnicliff's Tavern, Starbucks, or Port City Java on Thurday evenings from 7:00 until we feel like leaving.   Get to know our local Capitol Hill community and neighbors, discover new local hang-outs, and have some good conversation over a common topic - A Shared Book!
