This meetup is for 30+ women who live in the Sacramento area and would like to meet other women who are beyond their "partying" years. I enjoy the bar scene every once in a while but I believe there is more to life than clubs and bars! I want to meet women who enjoy happy hour, going out to dinner, taking dance classes, talking about life, taking a cooking course, reading, going to a sporting event, etc.

I have lived in Sacramento over three years and find that it is very difficult to make new friends. If you are not in a relationship, not in college and are in middle management in your professional career - there are not many opportunities to make friends. After searching meetup and joining other groups and not finding what I was looking for, I decided to start my own!

If you are in you are aged 28-39 and are looking to meet other like minded individuals, then this group is for you. We will have a variety of activities and suggestions are welcomed! I envision the first few meetups to be: happy hour, brunch, dinner, a book exchange, movie night and maybe attending an event in Sacramento.
