Sorry we missed you last night. Always best to not respond at all & just show up if you become available. You were included in the RSVP, but then on top of you not showing up, we had 3 other no-shows. Management bent over backwards to accommodate us & I was a bit embarrassed.
No worries but it's just that it was a "dinner" where an exact count was necessary.
Please keep your RSVP updated, allowing a 6 hour timeframe if you have to change it to a "no"
