There are many non-Americans in NYC who are here on their own and are interested in meeting others to share NYC experiences and adventures with. This group is meant to bring together those of us expats/internationals who are in our 30s/40s and on our own in NY. It's an opportunity to get together every once in a while and socialize - the one thing we have in common is that we're expats/internationals, in NY, on our own and making the most of our time here...this group is meant to add a little fuel to the fire and make our time in NY that much more enjoyable. While there are many groups that target those who are in their 20s/30s, there aren't many that target youngish 30s/40s expats and internationals....and while there are groups that are labelled as being for expats/internationals, they're primarily groups that throw huge parties without building in the chance to hang out and socialize. So here's the answer, a 30s/40s expats/internationals group that places an emphasis on creating opportunities to meet others like us, socialize and develop friendships. Do join and enjoy!
