Come and meet other local singles in our age group that are interested in leading a physically and emotionally healthy life. Let’s face it, we are all only human which means there’s always room for improvement and as a group we can help each other stay motivated to keep making healthy choices. We will meet for weekly hikes, runs, bikes and walks, (mostly for the exercise and sometimes to look at the natural surroundings) or other group exercise events. We can meet socially to discuss how to improve our workouts, diet and health. We might even find the best smoothie (or pint) in town! Come join us, I look forward to meeting you!
