Just FYI... hike leaders in our group DO come prepared with maps, advice from other leaders, a compass and - optionally - a GPS and other navigating equipment. Because there are hundreds of unique hikes in our region it is not practical for us to always have done the hike before. Just wanted you to be informed when joining future hikes.
