Hi Barry. Thanks for the greeting. Hope all is well. I ve been running with DC Capital Striders since September in Bethesda on Monday nights. Last night I wanted to run in Smithsonia, but had to work late and bailed out. :( Maybe sometime I will try Monday night run in Smithsonia with you guys.

Thanks for the info! I'm so busy as it is. It's going to be tough to find time to join another group. I think maybe doing sprints and walks on our regular runs might help in the meantime. Also I need to try to do more hills to build up strength.
