That sounds like a good idea. I have a girl from my other group whose husband is one of the Dj's. So they have the tents and tables that we would need. She invited my two groups to make her area a base. I think I may take her up on that....I will get back with you as the exact location of that by tomorrow afternoon.

Thanks for the heads up! I didnt know they started that early....geez! I'll connect with the other group at least a few days prior to see whos interested in meeting me there and helping me setup. Also I will need the members of both groups whom are coming together for that day to bring extra tables...I only have a few and I already know that wont be enough
