Leadership and Change Management; Management consulting I consult to leaders to help them enhance their leadership capability, and also to lead change happening in their organization. Changes can be large or small. What's important in my approach is engaging in a way that creates energy and commitment in the people involved - no matter if it's large or small change. Examples: Large: Get to the bottom of why org performance is not as expected; Implement an organizational culture that enables performance and results; Implement a new strategy/technology. Small: Identifying and working team opportunities; interpersonal and individual leadership challenges.
Opportunity to connect with other folks - for professional and social purposes. I'm particularly interested in connecting with people who live on the Far northiside. Would be nice to spontaneously meet up @ a local place.
Yes - particularly as I have ideas and when others propose topics/activities that interest me.
Traveling the world & spending time with friends in various places excites; I consider myself a global citizen. At the same time, I love Chicago-it's one of my favorite cities. I feel like I've accomplished some things & I still have more to learn.
