I am a volunteer Community Mayor (manager) for 3D Hubs Boston, a collaborative platform that connects people that want to print in 3D with over 3,300 printer owners worldwide.

On May 9th, we will be officially launching 3D Hubs in Boston. 3D Hubs Boson community already includes 93 Makers as well as 21 Print Hubs (those who have registered their 3D Printer). With an official launch, the 3D printing community of Boston will grow further, and even more local 3D Printing enthusiasts will have an opportunity to connect with others, learn more about 3D printing and make things!

Currently we are looking for a co-sponsor of the event, to help cover the cost of refreshments (if we get a sponsor, there will be refreshments!).

Here is a bit more information about 3D Hubs in Boston:

Space is very limited, so please do register to get your free ticket via https://3dhubsboston.eventbrite.com/

I pride myself in being highly creative, but the invention of 3D printers win genius points! Just look at all the people coming together to use one!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
