The EmeraldPlanet Meetup is the monthly open forum to highlight issues and topics broadcasts through the The EmeraldPlanet weekly television show. The international television program is coordinated and directed through the 501(c)(3) non-profit EmeralPlanet headquartered in Washington, D.C. USA.
The EmeraldPlanet Meetup is an open forum for information, research, and examples of "best practices" among recognized world specialists, researchers, and practitioners with those most interested in addressing the issues of violent weather events, the ill affects of climate change, and the need for alternative energy sources, among other listed topics. Those featured in the global television program form the core of the monthly Meetup presentations. The Forum is a significant center in Washington, D.C. for all topics 'green'.
