Another 45 Functional Workout

Start your weekend with a 45 minute workout. What will it be? Crossfit? Kettlebell training? or Bodyweight training? With this group you will never know until the day of the workout. Every session is lead and created by one of the members. This keeps the workout fresh and exciting. Be sure to bring your mats and plenty of fluids to keep you hydrated. See you there.
