The Metropolitan Museum of Art (map)
We had such an incredible evening at the MET Member's Only Dining Room that we must do it again.
The latest new exhibition is The Steins Collect: Matisse, Picasso, and the Parisian Avant-Garde. To learn more about this exhibition go to:

Experience the dishes served from the Left Bank to the Champs-Elysées at the bohemian haunts and home of Gertrude Stein and Alice B. Toklas. Executive Chef Fred Sabo prepares this four-course menu featuring dishes such as grilled quail with endive, toasted almonds, and golden raisins or sea scallops with black truffles à la nâge with celery root, potato puree and Brussels-sprout leaves. The four-course tasting menu is available for $62 per person on Friday and Saturday evenings through March 31. French wine flights may be added for $39 per person.
Keep in mind that when we dine as a group, the easiest way to pay the bill is to simply split it evenly unless you choose to do the wine tasting.
There is a limit of 12 people but they will be separate tables probably.
Also, we communicate via e-mail so if you end up on a waiting list, make certain you check your e-mails in case you move to the regular list. Also, only members who have paid their dues are eligible to attend.
Do we have to do the four course tasting menu? Is there another option?
Thanks
