What happens when someone close to you is diagnosed with a life changing condition? Well, if you are normal person like me, you go through the stages of denial, anger, acceptance, and finally comes the will to do something about it, fight and overcome it.
This is exactly how our journey started. And overnight from being a friend and spouse, I became a caregiver and master of my husband’s health. I got on-the-job-training. The discovery that there were no nutritionists or doctor with a holistic view left me to be on my own teacher and student.
What I share in this group and my upcoming book are my own learning’s and experiences from last year blended in the pot with my passion for cooking.
