Have you ever come across situations where you simply struggle to get your message across, whether this is in your personal or professional life? Then this event is for you!

Is there anyone in your life that you find it hard to communicate with? They evidently look at things in a rather different way to you and every conversation ends up feeling awkward, unproductive and draining. This can be especially hard if the person is a work colleague – and even more of a challenge if they are actually your boss.

Some of the most productive relationships in history have been between two people who, whilst they have a common mission, have very different perspectives on the matters at hand. Too many give up and get out – but not you. Those who want to lead, to have influence, to establish significant works in business or in their community, or who want to build an extraordinary family life, stay the course and make communication a top priority.

Learning to quickly assess where someone’s coming from and responding in a way that steers towards a positive outcome is a rare skill, but to understand others you really need to start by understanding yourself.

In this practical evening workshop you will discover a simple yet profound way of firstly understanding your own primary character type and then learning how to assess where somebody else is ‘at’. This way you can quickly learn to understand their motivations, talk their language and meet them where they are.

Learn to quickly build bridges, establish relationships and ultimately enhance the strengths of all those involved, whilst negating whatever negative traits there might be ‘in the air’.

These skills are extremely valuable when dealing with awkward situations – both personally and professionally – helping you in management situations, interviews, negotiations and delegation. It’s also helped many couples gain a deeper appreciation of their differences and learn to co-operate in a much more fulfilling way.

Our expert for the night is Pad.

Pad is an author, speaker and Success Coach. He is the creator of www.teamme.com ; a dynamic approach to personal and professional performance that majors on the achievement of rapid results. I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
