4S Fitness and Fun group is a fitness support group for women and men who are looking to either lose weight or maintain their weight and are looking to make new friendships. We follow a strategic program that incorporates proper nutrition, diet and exercise The primary form of group activity is walking. A few things on the hopeful list are attending theatrical events, great movies, picnicking, checking out neighborhood events, enjoying healthy dining and one another's company. Motivating and inspiring one another to reach our individual fitness goals is encouraged.
