3/7/2015: This group is being relaunched and is great for individuals looking to lose weight and are serious about it. We have chosen to follow a unique and healthy weight management program that includes nutrition, diet, and exercise. It's comprehensive, safe and guaranteed. Once you join this group, we will take you through an orientation and let you decide if the program is right for you. Please join us only if you are interested in losing weight or keeping fit and want to take steps to do so because we are committed to your success. Some activities we will do include walking and biking. Other activities can be done right at home to help keep you fit year long. What we do for fun will be inspired by what's going on in the area and suggestions from our members. A few things on the "to do" list now are attending theatrical events, great movies, healthy dining, while enjoying one another's company. We are looking for individuals who want to lose weight the right way without feeling hungry or starved, individuals who want to stay fit or individuals interested in a healthier lifestyle.
